The Story
Michael Pos is a boundary-pushing artist rooted in a sound all his own—what he calls Eclectic Roots Groove™. A conservatory-educated composer and multi-instrumentalist, Michael’s journey is anything but typical. After decades in the corporate world, he made a bold return to his musical roots, bringing with him a wealth of life experience, artistic depth, and entrepreneurial vision.
Michael is also deeply rooted in his faith, which inspires both his creative process and his commitment to authenticity. His songs often reflect themes of renewal, purpose, and connection—offering listeners a space for both joy and reflection.
Now a producer, songwriter, and the founder of RCSQ Records™, Michael is known for weaving together Americana, Soul, Jazz, Rock, and Latin-infused rhythms. His dream is to have his music featured in curated playlists, celebrated on the indie circuit, and revered for its honesty and groove-heavy pulse.
His collaboration with the Blue House Band in his recent releases represents a return to live roots—capturing the rawness of a band in sync and a songwriter at his most expressive.
Michael is also the visionary behind RCSQ LIVE, the dedicated live performance arm of RCSQ Records™. Committed to bringing authenticity back to the stage, RCSQ LIVE produces immersive, artist-centered events that connect communities through the power of real songs and real instruments.

The journey began on February 12 with the shimmering, soulful anthem "Wonder," followed by the raw, acoustic intimacy of "CLEO" on February 26. The momentum continues on March 12 with the release of "Home". From there, the pulse remains constant, with a new original single dropping every two weeks.
